" Strategy " refers to a plan of action designed to achieve a particular goal . 毫無疑問，企業追求的是利益最大化，雖然企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR)反覆被人們提到，但自己是老闆/主管時，好多人的腦袋都換了... 以個人來說，我的指導老師在兩年前與我說:人應該追求自己的成就感(fulfillment)來源。所以那些人生以追求大富大貴的人，我認為，人生策略說不定很單純呢 XD 分享一個小故事: 如果未來有幸能參與設定策略或高階管理時，希望我會是個好人。 這是我進入社會前對自己的小期許。
